Position Title: Chairperson of the Human Resources Committee
Position Summary:
First Baptist Church of Hampton is seeking a chairperson of the Human Resources Committee. This is a volunteer commitment. The chairperson is responsible for leading the committee in line with the mission of the church.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team and direct recruitment, training, and employee retention
- Ensure that FBCH policies follow local, state, and federal regulations
- Responsible for conflict resolution with regards to employees
Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resources
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of Human Resources best practices
